Canadian shipping costs

The shipping to Canada was extremely expensive for the size for the package especially after dollar conversion. I expect you will loose many potential Canadian customers at check out…

Yes, this is very true. Shipping to Canada, and other countries, is very cost prohibitive because of the increase in shipping charges. Our costs in shipping have increased by 300% in the past couple of years. Even shipping within the U.S. is super expensive as we work to cover actual shipping charges of the various USPS, USP and FedEx rates.

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping insurance and Carbon Neutral shipping are always optional for either or both. By default they pop up so customers know it is an option. However, both can be removed by clicking the X in the upper right corner when checking out, just like you would remove an item from your cart. Many people do not want carbon neutral shipping, you can remove this option.

Can’t get enough!

I have ordered the Swift Wicking Running Socks three different times now. I am in love with them and it’s all I want to wear.

I had to pay almost $30 in shipping costs to receive then sent back a hat that did not fit. Very unlikely I will ever attempt another purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the medium hat did not fit. We do have the hat available in Large as well. However, I see you have been refunded. I am surprised that it cost you $30 to return the hat through the mail. Usually it is about $6-7 to utilize USPS. Again, I am sorry the experience with purchasing a hat was frustrating to you and we will work to to better in the future.
