A beige male with hidden color genetics. He has even, consistent streaks of color which is what signifies a true grey. His fleece is Beige with colored fibers. His sire is grey and dam is brown with 2 grey parents. He has a lovely hand vicuna type fleece with strong grey in his genetics and good density. His fleece weighed just over 8 lbs when sheared last year.  If you are looking for a proudly conformed alpaca with fine grey genetics, Enchantment is your stud.

Enchantment continues to have great success in throwing cria with consistently soft, crimpy fleece with long staple length.  He has put a variety of color on the ground, from rose greys and silver greys to browns and whites. His last 5 cria born this year were all classic greys with rose grey bodies with white faces.  The dams' coloring ranged from medium brown to black to white. An up and coming Junior herdsires is Poncho Via , one of his offspring from 2007.  With incredible coverage, straight conformation and long fiber, he is a show-stopper.

Sire:  Snowmass Casanova

Awarded the prestigious "AAA Futurity Huacaya Herdsire of the Year" award at the show in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The award is given to one huacaya herdsire each year whose offspring have garnered the most points for placing, Grand and Reserve Champions in the showring. It is a true measure of a herdsire's ability to pass on his spectacular traits to his progeny.

Snowmass Peruvian Casanova sold in 2002 for $147,000 at the Celebrity Futurity. Casanova's sire was Peruvian Bueno, who has proven time and time again to produce award winning and high-priced offspring.  Casanova’s stud fees are currently at $3,500, while Bueno has current stud fees for $7,500.  He is the only known 100% Peruvian Rose Grey herdsire out of the famous Peruvian Bueno.
